This Action Plan Meeting will invite standing members to provide input on Rotary Chestermere's Action Plan. The facilitators, Aimee and Carey, will walk the members through the steps and activities outlined in Rotary's Strategic Planning Guide. In the end, a draft action plan will be in place. Once approved, the club will move forward with its positive missions of service, donation, advocacy, and fellowship while being able to monitor and celebrate progress. Members should take a look at the Strategic Planning Guide in advance and generate some ideas to bring to the table. The event will be hosted at the Synergy Office in the Lifepath Community Leadership building. Lunch at the event will be arranged and details shared. |

The Rotary Club of Chestermere is proud to give the Paul Harris Fellowship Award this coming November 25, 2025 at 9:00 am in the council chambers at Chestermere City Hall. This honor is the highest award a Rotary member or a club can give to a non Rotarian. The candidate is well-deserving of such an award. Be sure to attend to show your appreciation and support. Show up before 9am in your Rotary Club shirts. There will be an opportunity to take some pictures. In pursuit of fellowship. |

Annual General MeetingPlease find the agenda for our regular meeting on Tuesday Dec 09 starting at 7:00pm at Synergy and the agenda for our AGM attached below. The AGM will start immediately after our regular meeting. Please have a look at both agendas. Plan for the meetings to not be over until close to 9:00 pm. We will also have birthday cake as I know we will be celebrating at least 2 birthdays. In the festive spirit and in the name of goodwill, join us at Browns Social House at 6:00pm for dinner.
