Rotary Employment Partnership Inclusion Alberta

Courtney Kachur is the Team Lead for the Rotary Employment Partnership at Inclusion Alberta and has been part of the team for over five years. In her role, she works closely with businesses, community partners, and job seekers with intellectual disabilities to help create meaningful employment opportunities and build more inclusive workplaces across Calgary and the surrounding area. She is passionate about relationship-building, community inclusion, and helping both employers and employees find long-term success through inclusive employment.

Doug MacDonald is a member of the Rotary Club of Calgary Heritage Park.  Doug's career in the nonprofit sector has taken him from Thunder Bay to Halton Hills in Ontario and then to Red Deer and Calgary. He is the General Manager of the Dalhousie Community Association in Calgary.  The Association has been an employment partner with the Rotary Employment Partnership for almost 2 years. Doug and his wife Ivy have 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.
